Palm Ecological Urban Development Co., Ltd. Independent Director's 2025 Annual Performance Report (Li Qiming)
As an independent director of Palm Ecological Urban Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly followed the provisions of relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory documents such as the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and the "Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," as well as the Company's "Independent Director System" and "Articles of Association." I have upheld the principles of objectivity, fairness, and independence, diligently and faithfully performed my duties, actively attended relevant meetings, fully exercised the role of an independent director, and effectively protected the interests of the Company and all shareholders.
My term of office has expired after six years. I resigned on February 2, 2026, due to the expiration of my term and will no longer hold any positions in the Company. I hereby provide a brief report on my work in 2025 and prior to the expiration of my term to all shareholders and shareholder representatives.
I. Basic Information
I, Li Qiming, male, a Chinese national, born in 1963, with no permanent overseas residency, hold a doctorate degree, am a professor, and a doctoral supervisor. I currently serve as the Deputy Director of the Teaching Affairs Committee of Southeast University, Director of the Institute of Construction and Real Estate at Southeast University, Director of the PPP International Research Center at Southeast University, and Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Research Center for the Development of the Construction Industry. I am also a recipient of special government allowances from the State Council. I served as an external director for Nanjing Xinju Construction Group Co., Ltd.; and served as an independent director of Palm Ecological Urban Development Co., Ltd. from January 22, 2020, to February 2, 2026.
