(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") engaged Daixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Daixin") as the Company's financial report auditing institution for 2025. Daixin audited the Company's 2025 financial statements and issued an unqualified audit report with a going concern emphasis paragraph. In accordance with the "Rules for the Handling of Non-Standard Audit Opinions and Related Matters" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" and other relevant regulations, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors hereby expresses the following opinions on the matters involved in the audit report:
