I. Regarding the Resignation of the Company Secretary
Hangyang Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company") recently received the written resignation report from Mr. Ge Jinqian, the Company Secretary. Mr. Ge Jinqian is applying to resign from his position as Company Secretary of the Eighth Board of Directors due to work arrangements. After his resignation, he will continue to serve as Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant of the Company. The resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. Mr. Ge Jinqian has completed the work handover in accordance with the Company's relevant regulations. His resignation as Company Secretary will not affect the normal operation and management of the Company.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Ge Jinqian holds 63,000 shares in the Company. After resigning from the position of Company Secretary, Mr. Ge Jinqian will continue to comply with the "Regulations on the Management of Shareholdings and Changes Thereof by Directors and Senior Management of Listed Companies" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guide No. 18 - Reduction of Shareholdings by Shareholders, Directors, and Senior Management" and other relevant laws and regulations concerning the change of shareholdings by former directors of listed companies. He also has no outstanding commitments that need to be fulfilled.
