Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 To strengthen the market value management of Hangyang Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), further standardize market value management practices, enhance investor returns, and protect investor interests, this system is formulated in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," the "Listed Company Supervision Guidelines No. 10 - Market Value Management," the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, and normative documents, combined with the Company's actual situation.
Article 2 For the purposes of this system, market value management refers to strategic management activities carried out by the Company to enhance its quality as a foundation, with the goal of improving investment value and shareholder return capabilities.
Chapter 2 Objectives and Basic Principles of Market Value Management
Article 3 The main objective of market value management is to enhance the Company's transparency through full and compliant information disclosure, guide the dynamic convergence of the Company's market value and intrinsic value, and simultaneously utilize capital operations, investor relations management, and other means to fully reflect the Company's value, establish a stable and high-quality investor base, and obtain long-term market support, thereby achieving the goal of maximizing the Company's overall interests and increasing shareholder wealth.
