Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 To regulate the reporting and use of external information by Zhejiang Youfu High-Tech Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") during the preparation, review, and disclosure of periodic reports and major events, this system is formulated in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), the "Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure by Listed Companies," the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," and other relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association of Zhejiang Youfu High-Tech Fiber Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association"), and the "Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure by Zhejiang Youfu High-Tech Fiber Co., Ltd.," combined with the Company's actual situation.
Article 2 The management of external information users of the Company shall be uniformly led and managed by the Board of Directors.
Article 3 This system applies to the Company and its various departments, subsidiaries (branches), wholly-owned and controlled subsidiaries, as well as the Company's directors, senior management personnel, and other relevant personnel.
Article 4 The meaning and scope of information referred to in this system are the same as the meaning and scope of inside information in the "Registration System for Insiders of Inside Information."
