General Manager Work Rules
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 To clarify the responsibilities of the General Manager, ensure efficient, coordinated, and standardized exercise of authority, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the company, shareholders, and creditors, and promote the sustainable development of the company's production and operation, these Rules are formulated in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Articles of Association of Zhejiang Youfu High-Tech Fiber Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association"), and other relevant regulations.
Article 2 The General Manager is a senior management member of the company, responsible for implementing the resolutions of the Board of Directors, presiding over the company's production, operation, and daily management, and is accountable to the Board of Directors.
Article 3 Other senior management personnel referred to in these Rules include Deputy General Managers and the Financial Controller.
Chapter 2 Appointment and Dismissal of the General Manager
Article 4 The General Manager shall be nominated by the Chairman and appointed or dismissed by the Board of Directors; Deputy General Managers and the Financial Controller shall be nominated by the General Manager and appointed or dismissed by the Board of Directors. The General Manager and the Financial Controller are accountable to the Board of Directors, and Deputy General Managers and other senior management personnel are accountable to the General Manager.
