Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its 21st meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on April 24, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Forecast of Daily Related Transactions for 2026". In accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" and the "Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies", the Company's independent directors' special committee has deliberated and passed this proposal, and all independent directors agree to submit this proposal for board deliberation.
In accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules", the aforementioned daily related transactions are within the scope of the Board of Directors' approval authority and do not need to be submitted for approval by the Company's shareholders' meeting.
