In accordance with the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association of the Board of Directors' Audit Committee" of Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the Company's Board of Directors' Audit Committee has diligently performed its duties. Dahua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Dahua") was established on February 2, 2012 (restructured from Dahua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. into a special general partnership). Its registered address is Building 7, Courtyard 16, West Fourth Ring Middle Road, Haidian District, Beijing, 1101. Dahua has obtained a practicing certificate for accounting firms and is one of the first accounting firms in China to obtain securities and futures business qualifications.
