Caesar (China) Culture Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Caesar Culture" or "the Company")'s Eighth Board of Directors' Audit Committee, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guide No. 1 - Norms for Operations of Main Board Listed Companies," and other laws, regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association," has diligently performed its duties with a responsible attitude. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Deloitte") originated from the Beijing Certified Public Accountants in 1981. On December 22, 2011, it was approved by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance to transform into a special general partnership and was renamed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Special General Partnership) in 2012. Its registered address is located on the 5th Floor of Scitech Tower, 22 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The chief partner is Mr. Li Huiqi. As of the end of 2025, Deloitte had nearly 6,000 employees, including 244 partners and 1,361 certified public accountants, of whom over 400 have signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
