The 7th Meeting of the 6th Board of Directors of COFCO Capital Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was notified by written or email form on April 10, 2026. According to the notice, the meeting was held in Changsha, Hunan Province on April 23, 2026, in a combination of on-site and video conference format. Seven directors were required to attend, and seven directors were present. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Sun Yanmin, Chairman of the Company.
