(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") not participating in the 2025 equity distribution, the total amount of actual cash dividend distribution by the Company is calculated as: Total shares participating in distribution × Distribution ratio = RMB 744,321,805.3440 = 1,590,431,208 shares × RMB 0.468/share.
- After the implementation of this equity distribution, in accordance with the principle of unchanged stock market value, the total share capital of the Company remains unchanged before and after the equity distribution. The proportion of the total cash dividend allocated per share will decrease.
