(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Kelun Pharmaceutical") has completed the cancellation of 7,272,164 repurchased shares (hereinafter referred to as "part of the repurchased shares"), accounting for 0.46% of the total share capital of 1,598,053,372 shares before this cancellation. After the completion of this cancellation of part of the repurchased shares, the Company's total share capital has changed from 1,598,053,372 shares to 1,590,781,208 shares. As of now, the Company has completed the cancellation procedures for the aforementioned part of the repurchased shares at the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.
