Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Kelun Pharmaceutical") actively responds to the initiative of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's "Quality Return Double Enhancement" special action. Based on the Company's actual operations, it has formulated the Company's "Quality Return Double Enhancement" Action Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan"). The Action Plan was deliberated and approved at the 13th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors on April 27, 2026. The main contents are as follows:
I. Consolidating the Industrial Foundation and Achieving High-Quality Development
Kelun Pharmaceutical is one of the largest pharmaceutical enterprise groups in China with a comprehensive pharmaceutical industry system, spanning pharmaceutical R&D, drug manufacturing, and commercial circulation. It ranks among the "Top 100 Chinese Pharmaceutical Manufacturers" and "Top 500 Chinese Manufacturers," and has been listed among the "Top 100 Chinese Chemical Pharmaceutical Enterprises" and "Top 10 Big Pharma Innovative Enterprises."
The Company has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a National Innovative Enterprise, and one of the first National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprises. In the field of infusions, the Company has fully implemented industrial innovation and upgrading. The Company's ready-to-use high-end infusion (antibiotic dual-chamber bag and parenteral nutrition multi-chamber bag) series products, developed through over a decade of dedicated R&D and technological breakthroughs, have achieved mass production and significantly met clinical demand. The stand-up pouch® developed independently by the Company is a first in China and abroad, holding over 270 patents. It offers higher safety than traditional infusions, with significant value in reducing energy consumption and environmental protection. It has also received the National Science and Technology Progress Award, profoundly changing the industry landscape. The Company's production lines have passed GMP certification by Japan's PMDA, gaining market access for sales in Japan. Concurrently, the Company's leading products have achieved mass export, enjoying a high reputation in over 50 countries and regions.
