I, Liu Lei, have served as an independent director of Shenzhen Das Intelligent Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") since September 2025. During my tenure in 2025, I strictly adhered to the "Company Law," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director Work System." I have upheld the principles of independence, objectivity, prudence, and diligence in performing my duties, faithfully fulfilling my responsibilities and obligations as an independent director. Through attending board and special committee meetings, reviewing proposals, and conducting on-site research and special communications, I have diligently protected the Company's interests and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders.

I. Basic Information
(I) Personal Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions
I, Liu Lei, was born in November 1988, am a Chinese national with no permanent overseas residency, and hold a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Investment. I am a member of the Communist Party of China. I previously served as an engineer at Guangzhou Kingsignal Technology Co., Ltd., Secretary to the Board of Directors of Shenzhen Guangning Co., Ltd., a corporate account manager at the Tian'an branch of Industrial Bank Shenzhen, and head of fixed income at the investment banking department of Industrial Bank Shenzhen Branch. I also served as Secretary to the Board of Directors and Deputy General Manager of Kemin Intelligent (Group) Co., Ltd., and a director of Beijing 95 Zhijia Information Technology Co., Ltd. I am currently an independent director of the Company's Ninth Board of Directors and the Secretary to the Board of Directors of Beijing Anbo Information Technology Co., Ltd.
