Guangzhou Yichang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Gaojin Technology Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gaojin Group") on January 27, 2026. The notice stated that the Company's actual controller, Ms. Xiong Haitao, was placed under investigation and custody by the Sichuan Provincial Supervisory Commission. On April 24, 2026, the Company received a "Notice of Release from Custody" issued by the Sichuan Provincial Supervisory Commission, forwarded by Gaojin Group. The Sichuan Provincial Supervisory Commission has lifted the custody measures against Ms. Xiong Haitao. Currently, the Company's production and operation are normal.
