Independent Director Basic Information
Ren Li, male, Chinese national, born in 1973, holds a Ph.D. Since 1997, he has been a professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology. He has won the Second Prize of the National Technology Invention Award, the 22nd China Patent Silver Award, the First Prize of the Guangdong Provincial Technology Invention Award, the First Prize of the Science and Technology Award for University Scientific Research in Natural Sciences, and the Guangdong Provincial Patent Gold Award, among others. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Tissue Engineering and the Deputy Director of the Medical Device Research and Testing Center at South China University of Technology.
As an independent director of Guangzhou Yichang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I do not hold any positions in the Company other than that of an independent director, nor do I hold any positions in the companies of the Company's major shareholders. I have no conflict of interest with the Company or its major shareholders, nor any other relationship that may hinder my independent and objective judgment. I have submitted the "Self-Inspection Report on Independence" to the Company's board of directors. I meet the independence requirements for independent directors stipulated in the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulation Supervision Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies."
