Report on the Audit Committee's Supervision of the Accounting Firm in 2025
Guangzhou Yichang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") engaged Daxin Certified Public Accountants LLP (hereinafter referred to as "Daxin CPA") as the Company's auditor for the 2025 annual financial report and internal control audit. In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" promulgated by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC"), the Company's Audit Committee supervised the work of Daxin CPA in 2025. The specific situation is as follows:

(I) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Daxin CPA was established in 1985 and transformed into a special general partnership in March 2012. Its headquarters are located in Beijing, with its registered address at Room 2206, 22nd Floor, No. 1 Zhichun Road, Haidian District, Beijing. Daxin is one of the earliest accounting firms in China engaged in securities service business, and it was among the first to obtain H-share enterprise audit qualifications, with nearly 30 years of experience in securities business. According to the list of accounting firms engaged in securities service business published by the Ministry of Finance and the CSRC, Daxin CPA is qualified to audit the issuance of shares and bonds by joint-stock companies. As of December 31, 2025, Daxin CPA had 182 partners and 1,053 certified public accountants, of whom over 500 had signed securities service business audit reports.
