- Convener of the Shareholders' Meeting: The Seventh Board of Directors of Zhejiang Kang Sheng Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). The Fifth Meeting of the Seventh Board of Directors has resolved to convene the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
- Legality and Compliance of the Meeting: The convening of this Shareholders' Meeting complies with relevant laws and regulations, Shenzhen Stock Exchange business rules, and the Articles of Association of the Company.
- Date and Time of the Meeting: (1) On-site Meeting Time: 14:30 on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. (2) Online Voting Time: May 26, 2026. Specifically, the online voting time through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system is from 9:15-9:25, 9:30-11:30, and 13:00-15:00 on May 26, 2026. The voting time through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange internet voting system is any time from 9:15 on May 26, 2026, to 15:00 on May 26, 2026.
- Method of Convening the Meeting: This meeting will adopt a combination of on-site voting and online voting. (1) On-site Voting: Shareholders may attend the on-site meeting or entrust an agent in writing to attend the meeting and vote. The entrusted agent need not be a shareholder of the Company. (2) Online Voting: The Company will provide an online voting platform for all shareholders through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and the internet voting system (http://wltp.cninfo.com.cn). Shareholders can exercise their voting rights through the aforementioned systems during the online voting period. Shareholders can only choose one voting method, either on-site voting or online voting. If the same voting right is voted on repeatedly, the first vote cast will prevail.
