To all shareholders of Zhejiang Kang Sheng Co., Ltd.:
We were engaged to audit the financial statements of Zhejiang Kang Sheng Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kang Sheng Shares"), which comprise the consolidated and parent company balance sheets as of December 31, 2025, the consolidated and parent company income statements, consolidated and parent company cash flow statements, consolidated and parent company statements of changes in owners' equity for the year then ended, and related notes to the financial statements, and we issued an unqualified opinion on the financial statements on April 28, 2026, vide Lixin Zhonglian Audit No. [2026] D-1454.
In accordance with the requirements of "Supervision Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 8 – Supervision Requirements for Fund Transactions and External Guarantees of Listed Companies" and "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 – Business Handling," Kang Sheng Shares has prepared the attached "Summary Table of Non-Operating Fund Occupation and Other Related Party Fund Transactions of Listed Companies for 2025" (hereinafter referred to as the "Summary Table").
