(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 26th (Extraordinary) Meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on June 17, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Estimating the Increase in Related Party Transactions for 2026". The Company previously held a special meeting of independent directors, and the aforementioned proposal was reviewed and approved by all independent directors and agreed to be submitted to the Board of Directors for review. In 2026, the estimated total amount of the Company's daily related party transactions will not exceed RMB 104,440.00 million. Due to actual operating needs, it is estimated that the total amount of daily related party transactions with Shandong Xindeyao Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Xindeyao") and its subsidiaries will increase by no more than RMB 100 million. After the increase, the total estimated amount of daily related party transactions in 2026 will not exceed RMB 114,440.00 million.
