Announcement on the Appointment of Senior Management Personnel

Shenzhen Aishide Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the 25th (temporary) meeting of the sixth board of directors on June 1, 2026, where it reviewed and approved the proposal on the appointment of senior management personnel. The board agreed to reappoint Mr. Yang Zhi, the former Vice President, as the Senior Vice President of the Company; to reappoint Mr. Mi Zedong, the former Vice President, as the Senior Vice President, who will continue to serve as the financial head of the Company; and to appoint Mr. Ji Gang as the Vice President. The terms of these three senior management personnel will last from the date of the board's approval until the next board election. Their resumes are attached. The nomination and appointment procedures for the senior management personnel comply with the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association and other regulations. Mr. Yang Zhi, Mr. Mi Zedong, and Mr. Ji Gang possess the qualifications appropriate for their positions, and their qualifications meet the requirements of the Company Law, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Standard Operations for Main Board Listed Companies.
