Shenzhen Aishide Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 24th (Regular) Meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on April 24, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Additional Forecast of 2026 Annual Related Party Transactions." Related directors Huang Shaowu and Yu Zida abstained from voting. The Company convened an independent director's special meeting in advance, and the above proposal was deliberated and approved by all independent directors, who agreed to submit this proposal to the Board of Directors for deliberation. In accordance with the "Stock Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange" and the "Articles of Association" and other relevant regulations, the above matters do not need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for deliberation. (I) Overview of Daily Related Party Transactions
In 2026, the total amount of the Company's daily related party transactions is expected to not exceed RMB 994.40 million. Due to actual operational needs, the daily related party transaction amount with Beijing Taibaotianfeng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taibaotianfeng") is expected to increase by no more than RMB 50.00 million. After the increase, the total forecast amount of daily related party transactions in 2026 is expected to not exceed RMB 1,044.40 million.
