- Name of the proposed accounting firm: KPMG Huazhen (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "KPMG Huazhen")
- Name of the previously engaged accounting firm: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu")
- Brief reason for the proposed change of accounting firm: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has provided good audit services to the Company for many years. In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," after selection, the Company proposes to engage KPMG Huazhen as the financial report audit institution and internal control audit institution for 2026.
The Company has fully communicated with the former and current accounting firms regarding the change of accounting firm. The previously engaged accounting firm has confirmed that it has no objection to this change of accounting firm. 4. Approval procedures still required: This proposed change of accounting firm is subject to approval by the Company's shareholders' meeting.
