As an independent director and member of the Audit Committee of Wuhan Guide Infrared Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, regulations, and the "Articles of Association" and "Work System for Independent Directors," I have faithfully, diligently, and prudently performed my duties as an independent director. This report summarizes my performance in 2025.
I. Basic Information of Independent Director
Mr. Guo Dong, born in January 1980, holds a Ph.D. in Law, is a postdoctoral researcher at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, a member of the Communist Party of China, and a senior economist. He previously served as a researcher at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Integrated Research Institute, General Manager of Shenzhen Dacheng Qianhai Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., and Partner of Tibet Yongliu Capital Management Co., Ltd. He is currently the General Manager of Lhasa Lianxin Technology Co., Ltd., an independent director of Saiwei Times Technology Co., Ltd., and an independent director of this Company.
During the reporting period, my position met the independence requirements stipulated in Article 6 of the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and there were no circumstances affecting my independence.
