Announcement on the Appointment of Senior Management Personnel

Wuhan Guide Infrared Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 15th meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on April 14, 2026, which deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Appointing Senior Management Personnel of the Company." It was agreed to appoint Mr. Huang Yifang and Mr. Zhang Yutong as Deputy General Managers, and Mr. Liu Meng as Chief Engineer (resumes attached). Their term of office shall commence from the date of approval by the Board of Directors until the expiration of the term of the Sixth Board of Directors.
Upon examination, Messrs. Huang Yifang, Zhang Yutong, and Liu Meng possess the necessary professional knowledge, work experience, and management capabilities to perform their duties. Their qualifications meet the requirements of the "Company Law," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," and other laws, regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association." They are not subject to any penalties or disciplinary actions from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, or other relevant departments, nor are there any other circumstances that would make them unsuitable for holding senior management positions.
