The first meeting of the seventh board of directors of Hunan Hansen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was held on May 25, 2026, in the first-floor conference room of the company. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Liu Zhengqing, the chairman of the company. The notice of this meeting was delivered to all directors and senior management personnel on May 20, 2026, via personal delivery, fax, and email. Seven directors were supposed to attend the meeting, and all seven actually attended. Some senior management personnel were present at the meeting. The convening and holding of this meeting complied with the provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association.
