Hunan Hansen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") deliberated and approved the "Proposal on the Proposed Re-appointment of the 2026 Audit Firm" at the eleventh meeting of the sixth Board of Directors held on April 24, 2026. This proposal needs to be submitted to the Company's general meeting of shareholders for approval. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

Basic Information (1) Firm Name: Zhong Shen Zhong Huan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhong Shen Zhong Huan") (2) Organizational Form: Special General Partnership (3) Establishment Date: Zhong Shen Zhong Huan was founded in 1987 and is one of the first large accounting firms approved by the state to engage in securities and futures related businesses and financial audit qualifications. According to the list of accounting firms engaged in securities service business filed with the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Zhong Shen Zhong Huan has the qualification for auditing the issuance of shares and bonds by joint-stock companies. In November 2013, it was restructured into a special general partnership in accordance with relevant requirements from the Ministry of Finance and other national authorities.
