As an independent director of Hunan Hansen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have conscientiously, diligently, and independently fulfilled my duties in accordance with the requirements of the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Articles of Association," and other regulations during 2025. I actively attended relevant meetings, diligently reviewed all proposals submitted to the Board of Directors, and fully utilized my role as an independent director and member of various special committees to effectively protect the interests of the Company and its shareholders, especially minority shareholders, thereby playing a positive role as an independent director. The report on my performance of independent director duties in 2025 is as follows:
I. Basic Information
I, Hu Gaoyun, was born in September 1963. I have served as a teacher at Hunan Health School and Hunan Health Workers' Medical College, Director of the Teaching and Research Section at Hunan Medical College of Specialized Technology, teacher at Hunan Medical College of Higher Specialized Technology, Director of the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Teaching and Research Section, and Deputy Director of the Pharmacy Department. I was also a professor and doctoral supervisor at Xiangya School of Pharmacy, Central South University, and Director of the Provincial Key Laboratory for "Research and Development of Innovative Drugs" in Hunan. Currently, I am the Director of the Pharmaceutical Research Institute of Jingyi Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., a director of Hunan Anshengmei Pharmaceutical Research Institute Co., Ltd., and an independent director of Hunan Hansen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
