Letter of Commitment to Attend the Latest Independent Director Training
According to the resolution of the 11th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors of Hunan Hansen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hansen Pharmaceutical"), I, Shen Lingfang, have been nominated as a candidate for the independent director of the 7th Board of Directors of Hansen Pharmaceutical.
As of the date of issuance of the notice for the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Hansen Pharmaceutical, I have not yet obtained the independent director qualification certificate recognized by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, in order to properly perform the duties of an independent director, I hereby make the following commitment: I will attend the latest independent director training and obtain the independent director training certificate recognized by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
