Hunan Hansen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has appointed Zhongshen Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongshen Zhonghuan") as its annual report auditor for 2025. In accordance with the "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" promulgated by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company has evaluated Zhongshen Zhonghuan's performance in the 2025 annual audit. Date of Establishment: Zhongshen Zhonghuan was founded in 1987 and is one of the first large accounting firms approved by the state to engage in securities and futures related businesses and financial business audits. According to the list of accounting firms engaged in securities service business filed by the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Zhongshen Zhonghuan is qualified to audit the issuance of shares and bonds by joint-stock companies.
