On June 9, 2023, Yan'an Bikon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. received the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE") "Decision on the Termination of Listing of Yan'an Bikon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Stock" (Shenzhen Stock Exchange [2023] No. 487), which decided to terminate the listing of the Company's stock. After the termination of the stock listing, the Company's shares will be transferred to the delisting segment managed by the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.
