Announcement on the Cancellation of Part of Stock Options under the 2025 Stock Option Incentive Plan

Guangda Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its 22nd meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on March 20, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Cancelling Part of Stock Options under the 2025 Stock Option Incentive Plan." The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Relevant Approval Procedures and Information Disclosure of the Incentive Plan

1. On March 14, 2025, the Company held the 16th meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the 2025 Stock Option Incentive Plan (Draft) and its Summary," the "Proposal on the Implementation and Assessment Management Measures for the 2025 Stock Option Incentive Plan," and the "Proposal on Authorizing the Board of Directors to Handle Matters Related to the 2025 Stock Option Incentive Plan." The relevant proposals were reviewed and approved by the Company's Remuneration and Assessment Committee.

On the same day, the Company held the 13th meeting of the Sixth Board of Supervisors and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the 2025 Stock Option Incentive Plan (Draft) and its Summary," the "Proposal on the Implementation and Assessment Management Measures for the 2025 Stock Option Incentive Plan," and the "Proposal on Verifying the List of Incentive Grantees for the 2025 Stock Option Incentive Plan of Guangda Technology Co., Ltd."

1. From March 15 to March 25, 2025, the Company publicly disclosed the names and positions of the incentive grantees within the Company. By the end of the disclosure period, the Company's Board of Supervisors had not received any objections regarding the incentive grantees for this incentive plan.

On March 27, 2025, the Company disclosed the "Opinion of the Supervisory Board of Guangda Technology Co., Ltd. on the Review of the List of Incentive Grantees for the 2025 Stock Option Incentive Plan and the Disclosure of the Situation."
