Grandall Law Firm (Shanghai) Legal Opinion on the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Jiangsu Yake Technology Co., Ltd.

Jiangsu Yake Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its 2025 Annual General Meeting on May 18, 2026 (Monday) at 13:30 in the Company's conference room at No. 88 Jingxi North Road, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Yixing City, Jiangsu Province. Grandall Law Firm (Shanghai) (hereinafter referred to as the "Firm") was appointed by the Company to send lawyers Geng Chen and Feng Lu (hereinafter referred to as the "Firm's Lawyers") to attend and witness the meeting. This legal opinion is issued in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), and the "Articles of Association of Jiangsu Yake Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association").
The Firm's Lawyers, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, will express legal opinions on whether the convening and holding procedures of this general meeting are legal and comply with the provisions of the "Articles of Association," and whether the qualifications of the attendees and the legality and validity of the voting procedures are legal and valid.
