2025 Annual Independent Director's Performance Report (Independent Director: Ye Lijun)
Due to personal reasons, I resigned on June 4, 2025. During my tenure as an Independent Director of Multifluorine & Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee of the Seventh Board of Directors, I strictly adhered to the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guide No. 1 - Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," the "Articles of Association of Multifluorine & Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association"), and the "Work System for Independent Directors of Multifluorine & Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Independent Director Work System"), and other relevant laws, regulations, and requirements. In my work during 2025, based on the principles of objectivity, fairness, and independence, I diligently and faithfully performed my duties as an independent director, prudently and conscientiously exercised the rights granted to me by the Company and shareholders, actively participated in shareholder meetings, board meetings, and special committee meetings, paid attention to the Company's production and operational status, offered suggestions for the Company's development, and prudently expressed fair and objective independent opinions on significant matters reviewed by the Board of Directors. I effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and shareholders, especially public shareholders, maintained the independence of independent directors, and diligently fulfilled the duties and obligations of an independent director.
