As an independent director of Xu Chang Yuan Dong Transmission Shaft Co., Ltd. Chen Hongyan, a Master of Law graduate from Zhengzhou University, specializing in law. Currently employed at Beijing Deheng (Zhengzhou) Law Firm, primarily engaged in corporate securities, fund, bond issuance, asset securitization (ABS), corporate restructuring and listing, domestic and overseas investment and M&A legal services, and corporate dispute resolution. Served as an external director of Henan Machinery Equipment Investment Group Co., Ltd. from December 2021 to March 2023; served as an external director of Henan Airport Group Co., Ltd. from November 2022 to May 2023; served as an external director of Henan Zhongyu Green New Energy Co., Ltd. from May 2025 to January 2025; served as an external director of Henan Zhongyu International Port Group Co., Ltd. from November 2022 to present; served as an external director of Henan Energy Group Co., Ltd. from November 2025 to present. Served as an independent director of the Company from May 2023 to present.
