As an independent director of Xuchang Far East Transmission Shaft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly followed the provisions of the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association," and the "Independent Director Work System" and other relevant regulations. In my work during 2025, I have faithfully and diligently performed my duties as an independent director with independence and impartiality, safeguarding the interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders.

I. Basic Information of Independent Directors
Li Qingwen: Previously served as Division Chief and Deputy Director of the General Office of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee of Hailin City, Heilongjiang Province; Editor-in-Chief of "New Youth" magazine and "Vitality" magazine, Chairman of China Energy Automotive Communication Group, and President of China Automotive News. Since 1998, I have published over 500,000 characters of automotive commentary and research articles, and over 50,000 characters of media-related articles. I am currently the Vice Chairman of the China Automotive Talent Research Association, Chairman of the China Automotive Brand Cluster, President of the Automotive Evaluation Research Institute, and have served as an independent director of Jiangsu Longpan Technology Co., Ltd. (603906) since March 26, 2020. I have served as an independent director of the Company since June 10, 2020.
