I. Deliberation Procedures On March 26, 2026, Xuchang Far East Transmission Shaft Co., Ltd. held the eighteenth meeting of the sixth board of directors. The meeting deliberated and approved the "Company's 2025 Profit Distribution Plan." This proposal is still subject to the approval of the company's 2025 general meeting of shareholders.

The accumulated undistributed profit at the end of 2024 was RMB 1,073,295,481.32 (parent company). The company distributed a net profit of RMB 109,533,762.30 in 2025. The accumulated undistributed profit at the end of 2025 is RMB 1,087,166,348.07 (parent company).
