(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed its "2025 Annual Report" and "2025 Annual Report Summary" on the Juchao Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn) on April 29, 2026. To facilitate investors' understanding of the Company's operating and development situation in 2025, the Company plans to hold a 2025 online performance briefing to communicate and interact with investors, and to widely solicit investors' opinions and suggestions.
