During the reporting period, my position met the independence requirements stipulated in Article 6 of the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and there were no circumstances affecting my independence. My resume is as follows:
I, Fei Jinhong, born in 1967, am a Chinese national with a Master's degree and an associate professor of law. I am a member and arbitrator of the 5th Jiaxing Arbitration Commission, an arbitrator of the 6th Lishui Arbitration Commission, and a consultant expert for the Jiashan County Law Society. Since July 1989, I have been engaged in legal teaching, administration, and party affairs work at Jiaxing University. I am currently a part-time lawyer at Zhejiang Zicheng Law Firm, an independent director of Mingxin Xuteng New Materials Co., Ltd., and an independent director of this Company.
