I, as an independent director of Zhejiang Jiaxin Silk Co., Ltd. I, Weng Shengbin, born in 1979, am a Chinese national with a postgraduate degree, a Ph.D. in Management, and a professor. Since July 2005, I have been engaged in teaching and research in Business Administration at the Business School of Jiaxing University. I have served as the Vice Dean of the Business School of Jiaxing University and am currently an independent director of the Company.
