Zhejiang Jiaxin Silk Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed its "2025 Annual Report" on the Juchao Information Network (http://www.cninfo.com.cn) on March 31, 2026. To facilitate investors' further understanding of the Company's operating performance in 2025, the Company will hold the 2025 Annual Performance Briefing (hereinafter referred to as the "Briefing") on the "Interactive Easy" platform of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 15:00 to 17:00 on April 13, 2026 (Monday). The Briefing will be conducted remotely via the internet. Investors can log in to the "Interactive Easy" website of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (http://irm.cninfo.com.cn) and enter the "Cloud Interview" section to participate in the Briefing.
The guests attending the Briefing include: Mr. Xu Hong, Vice Chairman and General Manager; Ms. Fei Jinhong, Independent Director; Mr. Zhou Jun, Chief Financial Officer; and Mr. Li Chaofan, Secretary of the Board of Directors.
