Zhejiang Jiaxin Silk Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the fifteenth meeting of the ninth Board of Directors on March 27, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Appointing the Company's Securities Affairs Representative."
Given that Mr. Li Chaofan, the Secretary of the Board of Directors, will no longer concurrently serve as the Securities Affairs Representative, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Ms. Zhu Shijia (resume attached) as the Company's Securities Affairs Representative. She will assist the Secretary of the Board of Directors in fulfilling her duties. Her term will commence from the date of approval by this Board meeting until the expiration of the ninth Board of Directors.
Ms. Zhu Shijia has obtained a training certificate for the Secretary of the Board of Directors issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. She possesses the professional knowledge, work experience, and relevant qualities required to perform her duties, and is competent for the relevant position. Her qualifications meet the requirements of laws and regulations such as the "Company Law" and the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange."
