As an independent director of the Sixth Board of Directors of Aishida Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly performed my duties in accordance with the "Company Law," the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other laws, regulations, and the "Articles of Association," and the "Independent Director Work System." In 2025, I faithfully performed my duties as an independent director, exercised my rights prudently, diligently, and conscientiously, actively participated in meetings, prudently reviewed proposals, and provided professional opinions on relevant matters, effectively fulfilling the role of an independent director and earnestly safeguarding the interests of the Company and its shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. (II) Personal Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions
I am Sun Hongmei, female, a Chinese national with no permanent overseas residency. Born in November 1967, I hold a doctoral degree in economics. From March 1991 to August 2012, I was employed by Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, serving as Dean of the School of Economics and Management and a professor in the Accounting Department. Since August 2012, I have been employed by Shanghai Normal University as a professor in the Department of Financial Management, School of Business. I currently serve as an independent director of Shengtai Intelligent Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Aulick Sensing Technology Co., Ltd., and Aishida Co., Ltd.
