2025 Annual Report on the Performance of the Accounting Firm
COSCO SHIPPING Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has appointed Xinyongzhonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyongzhonghe") as the Company's audit institution for 2025. In accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations such as the "Administrative Measures for the Selection and Appointment of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" promulgated by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company has assessed Xinyongzhonghe's performance in the 2025 audit. After evaluation, the Company believes that Xinyongzhonghe's qualifications are compliant and effective in 2025, its performance maintains independence, it is diligent and responsible, and it has provided a fair opinion. The specific situation is as follows.
I. Qualification Conditions
Xinyongzhonghe was established on March 2, 2012, with its registered address at 8th Floor, Block A, Fuhua Building, 8 North Chaoyangmen Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. The chief partner is Mr. Tan Xiaoqing. As of December 31, 2025, Xinyongzhonghe had 257 partners (shareholders) and 1,799 certified public accountants. The number of certified public accountants who have signed audit reports for securities services exceeds 700.
