2025 Annual Report on the Performance Evaluation of the Accounting Firm and Fulfillment of Supervisory Responsibilities
In accordance with the "Guidelines on Corporate Governance for Listed Companies" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory rules, as well as the "Articles of Association of COSCO SHIPPING Technology Co., Ltd." and the "Administrative Measures for the Selection and Appointment of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of COSCO SHIPPING Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has, in the spirit of diligence and responsibility, conscientiously fulfilled its duties in selecting, supervising, and evaluating the audit work of the accounting firm. Xinyonghe was established on March 2, 2012, with its registered address at 8th Floor, Block A, Fuhua Building, 8 North Street, Chaoyangmen, Dongcheng District, Beijing. The managing partner is Mr. Tan Xiaoqing. As of December 31, 2025, Xinyonghe had 257 partners (shareholders) and 1,799 certified public accountants. The number of certified public accountants who have signed securities service business audit reports exceeds 700.
