Purpose To regulate the management of insider information by LETS Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), strengthen the confidentiality of insider information, maintain the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality in information disclosure, and in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), the "Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure of Listed Companies," the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Regulatory Guidance No. 5 - Insider Information Registration and Management System for Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidance No. 5 - Information Disclosure Management," and other laws, regulations, normative documents, securities exchange business rules, and the "Articles of Association" of the Company, this system is formulated.
