Lets Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has appointed Rongsheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Rongsheng CPA") as the Company's 2025 audit institution. In accordance with the "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company has evaluated the performance of Rongsheng CPA during the 2025 audit process. After evaluation, the Company believes that Rongsheng CPA's qualifications are compliant and effective, its performance is independent, diligent, and responsible, and it has fulfilled its duties conscientiously. - Basic Information Rongsheng CPA (Special General Partnership) was renamed from the former Huapu Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). It was initially established in August 1988 and restructured into a special general partnership enterprise on December 10, 2013. It is one of the earliest accounting firms in China authorized to engage in securities service business and has long been engaged in securities service business. Its registered address is Floors 1001-1 to 1001-26, Building 1, No. 22 Fuchengmenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. The managing partner is Liu Wei.
