Special Reminder: The re-appointment of the accounting firm by Hunan Mengjie Home Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") complies with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
On April 23, 2026, the Company held the fourth meeting of the Eighth Board of Directors, which deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointing the Accounting Firm." It was agreed to re-appoint Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonghuan") as the auditor for the Company's 2026 financial reports and internal control audit. - Basic Information (1) Firm Name: Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (2) Date of Establishment: Zhonghuan was founded in 1987 and is one of the first large accounting firms in China to obtain national approval to engage in securities and futures-related businesses and financial audit qualifications. According to the list of accounting firms engaged in securities service business filed with the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the firm has the qualification for auditing the issuance of shares and bonds by joint-stock companies. In November 2013, it was restructured into a special general partnership in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance and other relevant authorities.
