As an Independent Director of Hunan Mengjie Home Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") for the seventh board of directors, I have diligently fulfilled my duties as an independent director in 2025, safeguarding the interests of the Company and its small and medium shareholders. The following is a report on my fulfillment of independent director duties in 2025:
I. Basic Information (I) Personal Basic Information I am Qin Zheng, born in 1969, with a Ph.D. in Engineering and a Postdoctoral degree in Management. I am currently the Vice Dean, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor of the School of Information Science and Engineering at Hunan University, Director of the Research Center for Big Data Processing and Industrial Applications at Hunan University, Director of the Key Laboratory of Big Data Research and Application in Hunan Province, a member of the Steering Committee for Cybersecurity Education in Universities under the Ministry of Education, an expert for the China Engineering Education Professional Certification, a member of the Big Data Committee of the China Computer Federation, a member of the Intelligent Services Committee of the China Artificial Intelligence Society, and a member of the Artificial Intelligence and Security Committee. I also serve as an independent director for Tuo Wei Information System Co., Ltd. and Yifeng Pharmacy Chain Co., Ltd. Previously, I served as a director for Hunan Electronic Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. and Hunan Kechuang Information Technology Co., Ltd. I have served as an independent director for the Company from January 2021 to January 2026.
