Hunan Mengjie Home Textile Co., Ltd. 2025 Annual Independent Director Performance Report
As an Independent Director of the seventh and eighth boards of Hunan Mengjie Home Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I hereby report on my fulfillment of independent director duties in 2025:
I. Basic Information (I) Personal Basic Information I am Yang Pingbo, born in 1966, a member of the China Democratic League, with a Master's degree in Management. I am a professor at Hunan University of Technology and Business, School of Accounting, and concurrently an external director of Hunan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission Economic Construction Investment Group. I previously served as an independent director for Xue Tian Salt Industry Co., Ltd., Jin Jian Rice Industry Co., Ltd., and Hunan Hunan Hualing Cable Co., Ltd. I am currently an independent director for China Composites Carbon Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. and have served as an independent director for the Company since October 2024.
(II) Independence Statement I do not hold any other positions in the Company besides independent director. I have no direct or indirect interest relationship with the Company or its major shareholders, nor any other relationship that may affect my independent and objective judgment. I perform my duties independently, free from the influence of the Company, its major shareholders, or any other entities or individuals. In accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and other relevant regulations, I have conducted a self-assessment of my independence and submitted the Independent Director Independence Self-Assessment Form to the Board of Directors. I believe there are no circumstances that affect my independence.
